What Should I Expect?
YOUR IN GOOD HANDS
After years of training and experience, we understand how to work with our patients to ensure they receive the best care possible. Our thoughtful and personalized approach means we are fully committed to the health and well-being of all our patients.
Taking Care of You
It is not uncommon for a new patient to be surprised. A good surprise! Reviewing your health history, your medications, your past care interventions...these are steps to helping us to better understand your "whole" health. Performing a multitude of chiropractic, orthopedic and neurological tests best indicates your specific health problem(s). Through a holistic approach, we try viewing each patient as a whole rather than a single symptom to be treated. Your health deserves proper care and attention and we are able to provide. Please contact us today to schedule an appointment.
Our Hands, Your Health
For years, patients have depended on our practice to provide care options to those in need of a Chiropractor. Todd-Ferguson Chiropractic believes in providing you with the care and attention that you deserve. When your condition warrants, other providers and/or treatment facilities may be called upon to help with your diagnosis or treatment. Chiropractic care benefits a variety of health conditions successfully. However, if Chiropractic care is not a suitable treatment option we will work to direct you to the appropriate health professional. We are dedicated to building long-lasting relationships based on trust and professional
integrity with every single patient.
What is Chiropractic?
Chiropractic is a health care profession that focuses on disorders of the musculoskeletal system and the nervous system, and the effects of these disorders on general health. Chiropractic services are used most often to treat neuromusculoskeletal complaints, including but not limited to back pain, neck pain, pain in the joints of the arms or legs, and headaches.
No part of your body escapes the dominance of your nervous system. Improper function of the spine due to slight misalignments-called subluxations-can cause poor health or function, even in areas far removed from the spine and spinal cord itself. Misalignments can also reduce the ability of your body to adapt to its ever-changing environment. Even the slightest malfunction of your spine may alter the regular transmission of nerve impulses, preventing that portion of your body from responding optimally.
Natural health care without drugs or surgery
Chiropractic is a natural form of health care that uses spinal adjustments to correct these misalignments and restore proper function to the nervous system, helping your body to heal naturally. Chiropractic doesn't use drugs or surgery. Rather, a chiropractic spinal adjustment-the application of a precise force to a specific part of the spinal segment-corrects the misalignment, permitting normal nerve transmission and assisting your body to recuperate on its own.
